Reservations may be cancelled at any time, subject to the following conditions.
Prague transfers:
Cancellation less than 2 hours before pick-up — 100% of the total price will be charged.
Outside Prague — single day service:
Cancellation less than 12 hours before pick-up — 50% of the total price will be charged.
Outside Prague — multi-day service:
Cancellation less than 12 hours before pick-up — the equivalent of one day's service will be charged.
Prague transfers:
Cancellation less than 48 hours before pick-up — 50% of the total price will be charged.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before pick-up — 100% of the total price will be charged.
Outside Prague:
Cancellation less than 168 hours (7 days) before pick-up — 50% of the total price will be charged.
Cancellation less than 48 hours before pick-up — 100% of the total price will be charged.
